Basil Tomato and Mozzarella Sandwich
A simple and delicious sandwich with fresh basil, ripe tomatoes, and creamy mozzarella.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread Whole grain or your choice
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Fresh, sliced
- 1 cup Tomato Sliced
- 0.5 cup Basil leaves Fresh
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt To taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper To taste
1. Lay out the bread slices on a cutting board.
2. Drizzle olive oil on one side of each bread slice.
3. Layer the mozzarella, tomato slices, and basil leaves on two of the bread slices.
4. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Top with the remaining bread slices, olive oil side down.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
