  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, then mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
  6. Roll out each ball into a flat circle about ¼ inch thick.
  7. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
