- 3 lbs Beef Brisket
- 2 cups BBQ Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 6 Sandwich Buns
1. Place the beef brisket in the slow cooker.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour over the brisket.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
4. Remove the brisket from the slow cooker and shred the meat using two forks.
5. Return the shredded meat to the slow cooker and mix with the sauce.
6. Serve the BBQ beef brisket on sandwich buns.
