  • 2 pieces Flatbreads
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded
  • ½ cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
  4. Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and thinly sliced red onion.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
