- 4 pieces Chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side.
Brush BBQ sauce on the chicken and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on each side.
Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
