Instructions
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
3. Butter one side of each bread slice.
4. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on the unbuttered side of two bread slices.
5. Add cooked beef on top of the cheese, then top with another slice of cheese.
6. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
7. Cook sandwiches in the skillet until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
