  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Red Wine

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. 2. Rub the brisket with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Place the brisket in a roasting pan, fat side up.
  4. 4. Add minced garlic, beef broth, and red wine to the pan.
  5. 5. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
  6. 6. Roast in the preheated oven for 4 hours, or until the brisket is tender.
  7. 7. Let the brisket rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
