- 4 pounds Beef Brisket
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 cup Red Wine
1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. Rub the brisket with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place the brisket in a roasting pan, fat side up.
4. Add minced garlic, beef broth, and red wine to the pan.
5. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
