Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup beef broth
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Marinate beef with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove beef from pan.
  4. In the same pan, add broccoli and beef broth. Cook until broccoli is tender.
  5. Return beef to the pan. Add remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Stir well.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.
