Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the chopped onion, olives, raisins, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until onions are soft.
Roll out the empanada dough and cut into circles.
Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each circle.
Fold the dough over and seal the edges with a fork.
Brush the tops with beaten egg.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
