Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a frying pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to the packet instructions.
Fill each tortilla with the seasoned beef and some shredded cheese. Roll them up and place them in a baking dish.
Pour the enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
