Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 kg Beef shank cut into serving pieces
  • 1 piece Onion quartered
  • 2 pieces Potatoes peeled and quartered
  • 1 bunch Bok choy separated
  • 1 piece Corn on the cob cut into 4 parts
  • 6 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the beef shank and onion. Simmer for 1 hour or until the beef is tender.
  2. 2. Add the potatoes and corn. Cook for another 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the bok choy and fish sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Serve hot and enjoy!
