Instructions
1. Heat the wok over high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
2. Add the beef strips and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. Add the remaining oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.
4. Add the broccoli and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
5. Return the beef to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Stir well.
6. Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
