Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef strips thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Bell pepper sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the beef strips and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. Add the remaining oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  4. 4. Add the broccoli and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Return the beef to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Stir well.
  6. 6. Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
