Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  2. 2. Add mushrooms and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Push vegetables to the side, add beef strips and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Sprinkle flour over beef and vegetables, stir to combine.
  5. 5. Gradually stir in beef broth, bring to a simmer.
  6. 6. Reduce heat, stir in sour cream, and cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
