Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 package Egg noodles, cooked
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Add beef and cook until browned. Stir in mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the beef mixture and stir well. Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until thickened.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. In a large baking dish, combine cooked egg noodles and beef mixture. Mix well.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
