Beef Tips and Rice
A hearty and comforting dish featuring tender beef tips served over rice.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb beef tips cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup rice
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add beef tips and cook until browned on all sides.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cook until softened.
Pour in beef broth and water, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for 30 minutes.
In a separate saucepan, cook rice according to package instructions.
Serve beef tips over rice and enjoy!
