  • 20 pieces Mushrooms stems removed
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Cream Cheese softened
  • ¼ cup Beer
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese, beer, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
