Beet & Goat Cheese Crostini Recipe

- 2 medium beets roasted and sliced
- 1 cup goat cheese crumbled
- 1 baguette baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
In a mixing bowl, combine the roasted beets, goat cheese, honey, salt, and pepper.
Top each crostini with the beet and goat cheese mixture.
