- 1 cup Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 small Beet (cooked and peeled)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup Orange juice
- 1 tablespoon Honey optional
1. Add mixed berries, beet, Greek yogurt, orange juice, and honey (if using) to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
