Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Mixed berries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cup Butter melted
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the berries and half of the sugar. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and the remaining sugar. Stir in the milk until just combined.
Pour the melted butter into a baking dish. Pour the batter over the butter, but do not stir.
Spoon the berry mixture evenly over the batter. Do not stir.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the batter comes out clean.
Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
