Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large Egg Whites at room temperature
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream for topping
  • 2 cups Mixed Berries for topping

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add the sugar, one tablespoon at a time, beating well after each addition until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold in the vanilla extract, white vinegar, and cornstarch.
  5. Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet and shape into a circle with a slight indentation in the center.
  6. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes, then turn off the oven and let the meringue cool completely in the oven.
  7. Once cooled, top with whipped cream and fresh berries. Serve immediately.
