Instructions
1. Marinate the beef in soy sauce, calamansi juice, and minced garlic for at least 1 hour.
2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the marinated beef slices until browned. Set aside.
3. In the same skillet, sauté the onion rings until they become soft.
4. Add the beef back to the skillet. Pour in the marinade and water. Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the beef is tender.
5. Season with black pepper. Serve hot with rice.
