- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Corn Kernels fresh or frozen
- 1 medium Red Bell Pepper diced
- 1 small Red Onion diced
- 1 handful Cilantro chopped
- 1 medium Lime juiced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine black beans, corn, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
Add lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
