Black Rice Vegetable Stir-Fry
A healthy and colorful stir-fry with black rice and fresh vegetables.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup black rice cooked
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1  onion sliced
- 2  bell peppers sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce low sodium
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated
- 2 tablespoon green onions chopped
- Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat. 
- Add sliced onion and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 5 minutes. 
- Add minced garlic and broccoli florets. Cook for another 5 minutes. 
- Stir in cooked black rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Cook for 5 more minutes. 
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
