Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup black rice cooked
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 bell peppers sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onion and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and broccoli florets. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in cooked black rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Cook for 5 more minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
