Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (rotini or penne)
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce.
  3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss to coat.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
