Ingredients

  • 8 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then crumble.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Top with crumbled bacon and serve immediately.
