  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine blueberries, raspberries, lemon juice, and sugar.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the berries release their juices and the mixture begins to simmer.
  3. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the topping thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving over pancakes.
