Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups melted butter
  • 0.25 cups sugar

Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cups sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and ¾ cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold in blueberries. Pour mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
