- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well.
2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
4. Layer the graham cracker mixture, cream cheese mixture, and blueberries in parfait glasses. Repeat layers as desired.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
