Blueberry Chia Pudding
A simple and healthy blueberry chia pudding recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Almond Milk or any milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup optional
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, and maple syrup.
2. Whisk together until well combined.
3. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
5. Before serving, stir the pudding and top with fresh blueberries.
