Crumble Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup cold butter, cubed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Blueberry Filling
- 4 cups blueberries
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add the cold butter and mix until crumbly.
In another bowl, mix blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
Spread the blueberry mixture in a baking dish. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the blueberries.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbly.
