- 8 slices Bread preferably stale
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoon Butter for cooking
- 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup for serving
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a tablespoon of butter.
Cook the bread slices in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
In the same skillet, add the blueberries and cook until they start to burst, about 2-3 minutes.
