Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 0.33 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.33 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the vegetable oil, egg, and milk. Add to the flour mixture and stir until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Fill muffin cups about ⅔ full. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
