Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs plain or seasoned
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Dip each fillet into beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Cook salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot with your choice of sides.
