Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin Trimmed and cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Preferably panko
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil For frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pound the pork pieces to about ¼ inch thickness.
  2. 2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Dredge each pork piece in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the breaded pork pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
