Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Large flour tortillas
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Cooked breakfast sausage crumbled
  • 1 Bell pepper diced
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add diced bell pepper and onion. Cook until softened.
  3. 3. Add beaten eggs to the pan. Scramble until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Stir in cooked sausage and shredded cheese. Mix well.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  7. 7. Divide the egg mixture among the tortillas. Roll up and serve.
