Breakfast Casserole with Biscuits and Gravy
A hearty breakfast casserole combining biscuits, sausage, eggs, and gravy.

- 1 lb Breakfast sausage
- 1 can Refrigerated biscuits
- 6 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Cut biscuits into quarters and place them in a greased baking dish.
Spread cooked sausage over the biscuits.
Pour egg mixture over the sausage and biscuits.
Bake in preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, until eggs are set and biscuits are golden brown.
While casserole is baking, make the gravy: In the same skillet, add flour to the sausage drippings and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve casserole hot, topped with gravy.
