Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets chopped
  • 1 package Ramen noodles crushed, discard seasoning packet
  • 1 cup Carrots shredded
  • ½ cup Green onions sliced
  • ½ cup Sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup Sliced almonds toasted

Dressing Ingredients

  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, crushed ramen noodles, carrots, green onions, sunflower seeds, and almonds.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, and soy sauce.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. 4. Let the salad sit for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
