Broccoli Cauliflower Salad Recipe

Salad Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 0.5 cup red onion, diced
- 0.5 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 0.25 cup sunflower seeds
Dressing Ingredients
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
