Broccoli Cheddar Chicken Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add chicken breasts and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add broccoli florets, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
Return chicken to the skillet and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
