  • 6 large eggs

  • ¼ cup milk

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam broccoli until tender.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add broccoli to the skillet.
  6. Pour egg mixture over broccoli.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Cook on the stove for 5 minutes, then transfer to the oven.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes or until set.
