Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 can Condensed cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz can
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Crushed crackers for topping
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted, for topping

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, cream of mushroom soup, and beaten eggs. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the crushed crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
