Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup Pine nuts
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until tender but still bright green. Drain and cool.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine the broccoli, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, garlic, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with pasta, on toast, or as a dip.
