Salad Ingredients
- 4 cups Broccoli florets chopped
- 1 cup Red onion diced
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 0.5 cup Sunflower seeds
- 1 cup Bacon bits cooked
Dressing Ingredients
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, red onion, cheddar cheese, sunflower seeds, and bacon bits.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth.
3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
