- ½ cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 3 Bananas ripe, mashed
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the mashed bananas, milk, and vanilla extract.
Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the banana mixture until just combined. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
