Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup tapioca pearls
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine the brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil and cook until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture thickens slightly.
  3. 3. Add the cooked tapioca pearls to the brown sugar syrup and stir to coat. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine the milk and ice cubes. Stir until the milk is chilled.
  5. 5. Divide the tapioca pearls and syrup between two glasses. Pour the chilled milk over the pearls. Stir and enjoy!
