Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast boneless, skinless
  • 1 pound pork shoulder boneless
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup lima beans fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz can
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the chicken and pork over medium heat until browned.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth, bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add corn, lima beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and let simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
