Ingredients

  • 500 g Brussels sprouts trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 2 Apples cored and thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Walnuts chopped
  • ¼ cup Dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup Feta cheese crumbled

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced Brussels sprouts, apples, walnuts, dried cranberries, and feta cheese.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
