Main Ingredients
- 500 g Brussels sprouts trimmed and thinly sliced
- 2 Apples cored and thinly sliced
- ½ cup Walnuts chopped
- ¼ cup Dried cranberries
- ¼ cup Feta cheese crumbled
Dressing
- 3 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced Brussels sprouts, apples, walnuts, dried cranberries, and feta cheese.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
