Brussels Sprouts with Honey Balsamic

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Glaze
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and honey in a small bowl.
Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and drizzle the honey balsamic glaze over them. Toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
