- 1 head Cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, and garlic powder to make a batter.
Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
In a small bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter. Toss the baked cauliflower in the sauce mixture.
Return the cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
