  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, and garlic powder to make a batter.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. In a small bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter. Toss the baked cauliflower in the sauce mixture.
  6. Return the cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
