Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza

Main Ingredients
- 1 small head cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
- Fresh parsley chopped (optional)
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, until tender and slightly crispy.
Toss roasted cauliflower with buffalo sauce.
Spread pizza sauce over the pre-made crust.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and buffalo cauliflower.
Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles on top.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
