Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 small head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
  3. Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, until tender and slightly crispy.
  4. Toss roasted cauliflower with buffalo sauce.
  5. Spread pizza sauce over the pre-made crust.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and buffalo cauliflower.
  7. Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles on top.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
